Comfort Brewers

Glass of beer and ear of barley

The leaves fall. The first snow too. Turning up the heat, we light a cozy fire, we put our winter tires, and we prepare our warmer clothes. This change of habits is transported into the kitchen and the dining room. Since the arrival of colder days also reminds comfort food, and why not comforting beers ...

In this regard, the Unlimited Brewers (Brasseurs illimités) do not lack inspiration. It is even a signature from the microbrewery in Saint-Eustache. Especially with its line "Single Malt", which offers a wide range of warm beer. The "Scotchale" and "Imperial Stout" are definitely become essential. But why not think outside the box with these three vintages perfect for winter:

Bière fumée

The "Fumée", an extra strong ale with intense aromas of roasting and cocoa. This smoke senstion especially explodes in mouth and will make you nostalgic, as you, with no doubt, recall the smell of charcoal barbecue. This beer also fit beautifully with ribs.

Bière orge

The "Vin d'orge", another extra strong ale, this time about freshness, highly complex and marked by a nice bitterness. It's difficult to resist its candied apricot flavors and citrus peel. Dare it with duck breast cooked with orange.

Bière porter

For the sweet tooth, there is the "Double Porter", rich and creamy, with aromas of undergrowth and lightly peated scotch. It may very well be married to a rib of beef with mushroom sauce whiskey.

Cheers!

These beers are available on many retailers across the province of Québec.
